Gym Alternatives need to be looked into if you are a Gym Hater. Find ways to incorporate exercise into your daily activities and earn the benefits of visiting a Gym. 

Unless you’re a world class athlete working out 8 hours a day at the Olympic level, there is no amount of exercise that can cancel out a diet full of processed foods, junk food, and liquid calories which we are consume without regret. But the thoughts of keeping good health is on everybody’s mind. While some don’t find the time or the will to hit the gym, the others find other reasons to not stay in shape or feel healthy. But a healthy lifestyle if attempted is not so bad as a gym fantasy; you could really incorporate some basic exercise by changing a few of the habits we are used to and by also resolving to switch to a healthier diet, irrespective of excuses. If you are already into exercising combine it with the kind of food that will help you reach you fitness goals.

First of all, you need to get your head straight and understand a few key facts to live a healthy life, none of which seems impossible.

  • Let’s say you exercise for an hour, burning 300-400 calories. Walking out of the bath, if you justify your exercise by stuffing 1000 calories worth of junk food down your throat, you are at the start of a a losing battle. We’re gonna stop doing this.
  • Good Exercise is not about runing on a treadmill for four hours and be burnt out and miserable at the end of it, so that you need more time to rejuvenate? Exercise is anything that elevates your heart rate to 120 bpm and takes your body outside of its normal comfort zone.
  • Most of what you eat is responsible for 80-90% of your success or failure when it comes to losing weight and getting healthier. Fix your diet even before you think of exercising. Every time.

Every decision about food, or the activity through the day counts. Every choice adds up can take you closer or further away from your ultimate goal. Stop worrying about the decision you made 10 minutes ago or yesterday and focus on the next one.

Combine these four facts, and we’re left with this:

  • Exercise is a bonus. Exercise helps your heart get stronger, can help build muscle, usually gets you outside the house and absorbing vitamin D, and brings you a litany of other health benefits.
  • Exercise is not an excuse to eat like crap. Instead, you need to reframe your mindset. Instead of “I earned this” start telling yourself: “If I’m going to exercise, I might as well make it worth it by eating right too.”
  • Daily exercise is a constant reminder that you are leveling up your life – that you must continue to make other good choices or you’re practically wasting your time.

If you don’t like lifting weights in a gym, don’t do it. Find Gym alternatives. If you don’t like running on the treadmill, don’t do it. Find Gym alternatives. My main goal with Fitness is to get you to enjoy exercise, find a way to do it every day, and combine that with making better decisions about the food you put in your body.

Our modern lifestyles—sitting for the majority of our days, hunched toward a computer screen or smartphone—lead to excess tension and misalignment of our muscles, and when one part of the body is out of whack, the impact running produces can put pressure on areas that just aren’t built to withstand it. So if you don’t like the gym here are a few good alternatives that could be incorporated into your lifestyle to earn the benefits of a good exercise.

1. Hop on a Bike

There are a lot of Rebels in our community who dropped a bunch of weight by making one change: they biked to work, or biked to their friend’s house, or started biking generally. You get from Point A to Point B, you save money on gas, and you get a workout.Whether you dust off your old road or mountain bike, try a spin class, or simply log some miles on an upright or recumbent stationary bike at the gym, biking places less stress on your joints than other cardio equipment does, while still burning a substantial number of calories.

2. Go Hiking!

When you go hiking you get to hang out with deer, see incredible scenery, and talk about life and business. You could by then have walked a few miles and exercised a few of your most lethargic muscles too.

3. You should go Dancing

Ever tried serious swing dancing? You’ll be sweating within ten minutes. How about hip hop? Drenched in sweat, and sore as hell the next day. Zumba? Tango? Flamenco? You’d be surprised what you can sign up for and what will elevate your heart rate to the magic 120.

Roughhousing. Horseplay. Wrastling. Whatever you call it, it’s one of the best things about being being a family. It also lowers your age. Don’t forget what it’s like to be a kid – it keeps you young.

5. Stop meeting for coffee

If somebody wants to meet up with you for coffee, suggest something active: throwing a baseball, tossing a frisbee, going for a hike – anything that gets you up and moving. Say yes to pretty much anybody that invites you to even play golf. Wink wink.

Ugh, nobody likes to clean the house/apartment. If you certainly don’t make a game out of it. See how much can be accomplished with a single song blasting at max volume.

Build flexibility, strength, and learn to freaking relax. There are million kinds of yoga, so sign up for a few different kinds and see which one lines up the best with what you’re looking for.

8. Walking

It works for almost everyone at every fitness level, because the fitter you are, the faster your pace can be and/or the longer you can go. It doesn’t provide high-end fitness, but it can certainly get the blood flowing and elevate your heart rate. It’s easy to measure out a path of a certain distance and you can easily measure the time (and thus the speed) using a watch.

9. Hit the Stairs

Swapping the elevator for the stairs at your office is a gym alternative —but to get the same kind of cardio workout that running provides, you’ll need to put in some time on the stair climber at the gym. When done properly, stair climbers can provide a challenging cardio workout as well as strengthen the lower-body muscles
